Here comes a dog fan! A Japanese maternity clothes maker Sweet Mommy has designed portable fans to help dogs and cats cope with oppressive summer weather.

Comprising a battery, the fan is only 80 grams and is attached to a breathable mesh outfit. With two AAA batteries, the small device can be used for up to 3 months if used twice per day, 10-mins walk. But we guess it is only suitable for small dogs.
Sony has a similar design applied to humans, that is, Reon Pocket, which can keep cool in summer and warm in winter. Kind of funny.
