* You will be authorizing our team to handle your international shipping with transportation company. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs in China, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial/personal use.
* Orders are delivered through various courier services, depending on the destination.
* If the products are not able to be delivered to your destination due to special situations (e.g., Covid-19, traffic control, or reginal policy, etc.), we will close your order and contact you via email, the money will be refunded in 3 business days.* The displayed prices already include shipping. If you order multiple items together, and they can be shipped in one package, we'll check for potential lower shipping costs. If applicable, we'll refund you a portion through PayPal after you confirm receiving the order.

You can cancel your order by sending email to service@puffuny.com before the item has been dispatched.

Please provide us approximately 2-3 business days to cancel your placed order, and you will be surely notified by us through an e-mail regarding the cancellation.

PUFFUNY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If it happened, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim on damaged.
